Documenting the serious injustices that go on in the Nanny State is important, but sometimes the best way to get people's attention, and the best way to begin changing their minds, is not to complain but to laugh.

In that light, I hope that my vast Central Pennsylvania readership will encourage their local minor league baseball team, the Altoona Curves, to make their recent "Frivolous Lawsuit Night" an annual event. (Unfortunately, this year's event is already passed).
Curve President and Managing Partner Chuck Greenberg, himself a practicing corporate and sports attorney, declined to comment on his club’s promotion because of concerns that his comments could lead to a frivolous lawsuit.
Just be careful, don't spill the lukewarm coffee or swallow the beach balls.
